A universal variety, suitable for growing in spring. It has a large rosette with oval, slightly notched, dark green leaves. Spinach can be eaten in quiches or with rice. The young shoots are delicious in salads.

Sowing advice:
1. Sowing: Sow from January to March, in a sunny position, in rows 30 cm.
2. Thinning: When you have 3-4 spinach leaves, pull the smaller plants and keep the strongest leaving only one plant every 15 cm.
3. Harvest: Harvest from April.

Spinach likes the proximity of strawberry which allows it to have more production with more tender leaves.
